Bilingual Spanish Virtual Medical Scribe - Remote

Overview

The scribe performs medical record documentation and clerical duties to increase provider effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity for improved patient flow and satisfaction.

• Must be fully bilingual in Spanish.
• Part-time position with shifts available Monday through Friday.
• Responsible for preparing and assembling medical record documentation.
• Entering patient information into electronic medical record systems.
• Updating patient records with clinical information as directed by physicians.

• Ability to work shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
• Typing speed of 45+ WPM.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English fluently.
• Must be available to work two to three shifts per week.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and operate a computer proficiently.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
