Overview

ProperXPM is seeking a seasoned, high-impact Brand Marketing & Communications Director to elevate our corporate brand voice, lead strategic brand initiatives, and drive high-value marketing programs.

In Short

• Define and lead ProperXPM’s corporate brand identity and narrative across all touchpoints.
• Develop and execute a strategy for consistent thought leadership via blog content, newsletters, and social platforms.
• Identify relevant awards and speaking opportunities to elevate ProperXPM’s industry reputation.
• Build and maintain media relationships to secure earned media coverage and high-impact placements.
• Manage executive visibility including thought leadership bylines and speaker placements at industry events.
• Collaborate with business development teams to craft marketing collateral that supports sales and recruiting.
• Partner with HR to create marketing programs that enhance employee engagement and attract top talent.
• Oversee the development of scalable toolkits and marketing playbooks for portfolio companies.
• Own and manage ProperXPM’s corporate website — including content strategy and performance optimization.
• Lead the selection and implementation of marketing technologies that drive operational efficiency.
