ProperXPM is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Software Implementation Manager responsible for the successful implementation of hardware, software, and technical systems across the organization and its portfolio companies.

• Responsible for deploying technology solutions across corporate and multiple Portfolio Companies.
• Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive project plans.

• Evaluate all implementations post-launch for effectiveness and user adoption.
• Partner with HR, IT, and department heads to assess training needs.
