We are looking for a talented Technical Writer who can bridge the gap between our engineers and other departments, ensuring that our documentation is thorough, organized, and up-to-date.

In Short

• Review existing documentation and new code comments.
• Meet with engineers to gather information for documentation.
• Organize and maintain the documentation repository.
• Ensure documentation is up to date with product updates.
• Collaborate with other teams for documentation updates.
• Write clear and user-friendly documentation.
• Assist in creating runbooks for support teams.
• Continuously improve documentation processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer in software development.
• Ability to write and review code.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with documentation tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineers.
• Familiarity with healthcare software is a plus.
• Background in library science or related field is desirable.
• Completion of a coding bootcamp is a plus.
