Overview

The Customer Success Specialist (Helpdesk) at Prolaio will provide technical assistance to customers, clinicians, and monitored patients, ensuring effective support for clinical projects.

• Provide front-line customer service for clinical projects.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and support tickets.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with compliance monitoring in healthcare.
• Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of Google Suite and CRM tools.
