Overview

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Email & Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our client’s brand marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong willingness to learn and basic experience or coursework in digital marketing. You’ll play a key role in ensuring all customer-facing digital content meets quality standards and aligns with the client’s brand voice and visual identity. This position will focus on assisting with email and website updates while collaborating across teams to contribute to overall marketing success.

In Short

  • Support in maintaining and updating email tasks within Monday.com.
  • Assist in reviewing email content for brand alignment.
  • Participate in the QA process for email and SMS campaigns.
  • Review landing page functionality for desktop and mobile.
  • Help with updating collection pages on the website.
  • Support accurate audience segmentation in campaigns.
  • Coordinate email needs and schedules across departments.
  • Ensure email and website assets are aligned across teams.
  • Learn to monitor email and SMS performance metrics.
  • Support brainstorming sessions for email optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive, quick learner with a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Monday.com, and Canto is a plus.
  • Interest in the fitness industry is a plus.
