Overview

We are looking for a Strategic Growth Marketer with a strong background in B2C marketing, who is passionate about enhancing marketing strategies and elevating the company's market positioning. You will be directly responsible for increasing traffic, boosting conversion rates, and achieving revenue targets.

In Short

  • Drive Revenue Growth: You will create and run marketing strategies to increase sales and grow revenue;
  • Improve Campaigns: You will use data to make our marketing campaigns better — this includes SEO, email marketing, and improving how we turn visitors into customers;
  • Work with Teams: You’ll work with our product, design, and sales teams to make sure our marketing efforts align with company goals;
  • Track and Report on Performance: You’ll track how well our campaigns are doing using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush — you’ll use this data to make decisions and improve results;
  • Attract and Keep Customers: You’ll create ways to attract new customers and keep current ones — by sending emails and designing campaigns that meet their needs;
  • Research: You’ll keep an eye on what’s happening in the industry and with our competitors — to make sure we’re always up to date;
  • Create Fun Campaigns: You will come up with creative ideas for campaigns that will attract and keep customers.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in B2C marketing with a history of growing revenue;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (C1-C2);
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives;
  • Strong skills in SEO, Email Marketing and Conversion Rate Optimization;
  • Experience Tracking Metrics: You should be able to use data to make decisions and improve our marketing efforts;
  • Leadership Experience: You should know how to lead or work with small teams to meet goals;
  • Creative Thinking: You should be able to think outside the box and come up with new ways to attract and keep customers;
  • Good Communication Skills: You should be able to explain your ideas clearly to the team and others;
  • Experience Running Tests: You should be comfortable testing new ideas to see what works best.
