Content Expansion Team Lead - Remote

Overview

Project Expedition, a rapidly growing travel company, is seeking a Team Leader for our Content Development Team. As part of our Supplier Partnerships Department, this role is focused on leading supplier onboarding and content quality, ensuring new tour operators are set up for success on our platform from day one. In Short

• Lead and mentor a team focused on onboarding new suppliers
• Own the onboarding process from initial engagement through activation
• Serve as the main point of contact for suppliers during onboarding
• Partner with technical teams to support integrations and resolve issues
• Ensure all supplier content meets quality standards and is optimized for conversion
• Improve onboarding workflows, documentation, and playbooks
• Track and drive performance against onboarding KPIs
• Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve processes
• Collaborate with product, operations, and commercial teams
• Analyze supplier and onboarding data to drive better outcomes

Requirements

• Experience leading or mentoring a team
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Clear and effective communicator
• Comfortable working cross-functionally, including with technical teams
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Experience working with external partners or vendors
• Marketplace, onboarding, or travel industry experience is a plus
