Automotive Service Technician - Remote

Overview

The Automotive Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing various automotive systems while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently.
• Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engine and electrical.
• Communicate with Service Advisors about additional service needs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
• ASE Certification required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• B level qualifications in Diagnostics and Engine Repair.
• Dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to improve.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and procedures.
