• Independent consulting and management of complex projects in process optimization and change management for prominent clients, particularly in the energy sector and manufacturing.

Requirements

• Completed studies in business, engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable, ideally supplemented by solid additional training in change management or lean management.
• At least 6 years of professional experience in consulting, with proven experience in leading and successfully executing complex process and change management projects.
• Solid knowledge and experience in project acquisition, particularly in the development and implementation of strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
• Extensive expertise in the energy sector or manufacturing, as well as a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and trends.
• Proven ability to independently lead demanding projects and deliver results at the highest level.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in leading and developing consulting teams.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, particularly in collaboration with top management and stakeholders.
• High willingness to travel and flexibility in organizing work time and location.
