• Consulting medium-sized companies in process and change management

Requirements

• Completed studies or comparable commercial vocational training
• At least 8 years of professional experience, ideally with a focus on project management in organizational projects
• In-depth knowledge of project management
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• High degree of initiative and problem-solving ability
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
• Awareness of the challenges and demands of consulting work and willingness to travel
