Senior Manager, Programmatic & Paid Search User Acquisition - Remote

Overview

PrizePicks is seeking a highly analytical and hands-on Senior Manager, Programmatic & Search to lead acquisition efforts across key performance channels including Apple Ads, Google Ads, and mobile programmatic platforms.

In Short

• Oversee a 7-figure annual acquisition budget across multiple platforms.
• Drive efficient CAC through deep channel experimentation and optimizations.
• Own the strategy and execution of campaigns across paid search and programmatic channels.
• Implement tracking systems to evaluate paid media campaign effectiveness.
• Present reporting to stakeholders, synthesizing results into clear next steps.
• Maintain quality control for campaign structure and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and scale campaigns.
• Work with external agencies to manage execution and optimize performance.
• Mentor and manage one direct report.

Requirements

• 6+ years of digital performance marketing experience.
• Experience managing a 7-figure+ annual performance budget.
• Strong understanding of attribution and LTV modeling.
• Hands-on experience managing DSPs and programmatic partners.
• Understanding of creative best practices for ad performance.
• Familiarity with ASO/SEO strategies.
• Proficiency in performance analytics tools.
• Collaborative and organized, able to lead initiatives.
• Strong communication skills for executive presentations.
• Experience in fantasy sports or mobile gaming is a plus.
