Associate Director, Payer Enrollment - Remote

Overview

The Associate Director of Provider Enrollment provides strategic oversight and operational leadership to ensure the seamless integration of practitioners into Privia’s network, preventing revenue leakage and supporting financial stability.

• Ensure timely resolution of payor enrollment to prevent revenue loss.
• Assure compliance with health plan requirements for provider certification.
• Streamline onboarding processes using automation.
• Resolve complex provider enrollment issues with stakeholders.
• Develop tools for auditing and reporting credentialing processes.
• Oversee special projects related to health plan requirements.
• Mentor and train staff in credentialing processes.
• Autonomously lead meetings with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and prepare reports on credentialing statistics.
• Maintain confidentiality of provider information.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in managed care credentialing or billing.
• Experience leading Enrollment teams with large provider inventory.
• Knowledge of Georgia Payer/Provider preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analysis skills.
• Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Experience with Verity CredentialStream and Athena EMR preferred.
• Experience supporting Medicare/Medicaid required.
• Knowledge of NCQA guidelines preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Base salary of $95,000 - $100,000 exclusive of bonuses.
