Overview

We are seeking a Vice President, Project Management & Operations to lead and scale the operational, financial, and delivery backbone of our fast-growing, values-driven agency.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years in operations and project management.
• 7+ years in healthcare marketing and integrated programs.
• Proven leadership experience in agency operations.
• Track record of implementing operational frameworks.
• Experience in building and scaling teams.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on work.
• Familiarity with PM and resourcing platforms.
