Overview

As an HR Transformation & Process Business Partner, you will actively shape the development of our HR organization, drive transformation and HR projects, optimize existing processes, and develop scalable, modern HR processes that strengthen our organization in the long term.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in strategic personnel management.
• Deep understanding of modern HR processes and change management.
• Experience in managing complex projects.
• Fluent in German and English (C1/C2).
