In Short

• Own and drive growth marketing initiatives end-to-end, focused on driving acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
• Build and manage scalable demand generation campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Develop tailored messaging and positioning to reach and engage Primer’s ideal customer profiles across segments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Design, and Customer Success.
• Design and execute experiments to test growth hypotheses, leveraging data to iterate and optimise campaigns.
• Contribute to strategic projects that help refine our growth engine.
• Stay on top of industry trends, competitive movements, and emerging channels.
• Track and report on performance metrics for continuous improvement.
