Overview

The Manager Quality and Training is responsible for developing and overseeing the Quality process to enhance member experience through effective training and analysis.

• Develop and maintain quality processes focused on member experience.
• Manage and lead staff in quality monitoring and training oversight.
• Conduct trend analysis related to quality assurance findings.
• Identify training needs and prioritize activities based on goals.
• Create and maintain training calendars and records.
• Evaluate training materials and staff effectiveness.
• Generate reports from training evaluations.
• Direct the Quality Assurance program for staff development.
• Collaborate with various teams for training and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of experience in quality assurance or related fields.
• 1 year of leadership/people management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Experience with regulatory compliance is preferred.
• Advanced facilitation and presentation skills preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA.
