System & Network Engineer (Level-I) - Remote

Overview

The System and Network Engineer is responsible for overseeing, managing, and maintaining IT infrastructure across multiple client environments. This role involves providing technical expertise in system and network administration to ensure seamless operation and security of both on-premises and cloud-based systems.

• Administer and maintain client network infrastructures, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless technologies.
• Manage and maintain server environments, both on-premises and in the cloud.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure environments.
• Implement and maintain firewalls and VPN solutions for secure remote access.
• Monitor, configure, and manage security protocols.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for system, network, and application issues.
• Administer VMWare environments and provide expertise in cloud services.
• Collaborate with teams to provide effective IT solutions and support.
• Proactively monitor network and system performance.
• Provide regular reports on system performance and security incidents.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure.
• Experience with firewall technologies and virtualization platforms.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
• Experience with remote access tools and monitoring platforms.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
