eCommerce Merchandising Associate - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented eCommerce Associate to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our website. In this role, you’ll help keep our site running smoothly—from setting up products and updating site content to executing merchandising plans and supporting cross-functional initiatives.

In Short

• Execute merchandising strategies and optimize site features for conversion and customer experience.
• Manage product setup in Shopify and collaborate with various teams.
• Develop and manage site assets, including homepage updates and product listing pages.
• Monitor site and inventory changes, flagging potential issues or opportunities.
• Help optimize on-site search and filter functionality.
• Partner with the engineering team on site enhancements and A/B tests.
• Assist in compiling weekly business reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in an eCommerce environment.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms; Shopify experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and workflows.
• Analytical mindset with basic experience in Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to work cross-functionally.
• Team-oriented with a can-do attitude.
• A passion and vision for what Primary is trying to do as a brand.
