Associate Manager, eCommerce - Remote

Overview

Murad is currently looking for an Associate Manager, eCommerce who will be responsible for managing and driving the sales goals for Murad across retailer.com, and supporting Amazon, and other Marketplaces as needed.

• Manage and drive sales goals for eCommerce platforms.
• Support day-to-day operations and execution of activities.

• Coordinate brand refresh and development.
• Build relationships with key retailer stakeholders.
• Conduct product page audits for accuracy.
• Assist in preparing and presenting market decks.
• Ensure price adjustments are communicated.
• Develop basic creative assets as needed.
• Collaborate with various teams to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in beauty/retailer online marketing.
• Experience with eCommerce best practices.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Pro-active problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative and flexible mindset.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Understanding of website metrics and reporting tools.
• Strong business writing skills.
• Basic Photoshop experience preferred.
• Undergraduate degree required.
