Overview

The International Community Development Lead will oversee the delivery of the Premier League’s International Community Coach Development Programme, engaging with local communities and coaches globally.

• Lead the delivery of coaching development programmes internationally.

Requirements

• UEFA B Licence or equivalent football qualification.
• Willingness to travel internationally for up to 10 days per month.
• Significant coaching experience, preferably in community or elite contexts.
• Understanding of coach development models.
• Experience in international or culturally diverse settings.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience working with children and adults at risk.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Commitment to upholding best practices in safeguarding.
