Premier Early Childhood Education Partners is seeking a passionate and energetic Integrations Director who wants the opportunity to improve the lives of children, parents, and staff by welcoming newly acquired schools into the Premier family and ensuring a smooth, positive transition.

In Short

  • Oversee the successful integration of newly acquired early childhood education centers.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to sellers, center directors, and staff.
  • Guide through cultural and operational alignment.
  • Implement change management strategies.
  • Design integration plans balancing operational standards with center identities.
  • Mentor and coach Center Directors and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations.
  • Oversee financial processes during integration.
  • Build strong relationships with families and community partners.
  • Lead ad hoc projects to support acquisition strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, business, or related field.
  • Minimum of seven years of early childhood education leadership experience.
  • At least three years in a multi-site role.
  • Strong change management and coaching skills.
  • Empathetic and strategic mindset.
  • Proactive approach to leadership.
  • Analytical skills for operational alignment.
  • Ability to travel 85% - 100% within assigned territory.
  • Candidate must be based in the Eastern time zone.
