• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer service requirements.
• Lead customer training to empower bank employees in using our platform.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to lead customer conversations.
• Experience in client-facing roles, ideally in professional services or technology implementation.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms and workflow configuration.
• Experience in financial services or complex B2B software implementations preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to build trust with clients.
