Precision for Medicine is hiring a Medical Director/Senior Medical Director – Hematology/Oncology to join our global team! Candidates can work remotely in any of the following locations: Poland, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, or Slovakia.

In Short

• Serve as project physician providing medical and scientific expertise.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of trial data with a focus on patient safety.
• Support Business Development and participate in proposals and bid defense meetings.
• Write or edit scientific content of deliverables.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs on drug development strategies.
• Review and revise clinical trial documents and reports.
• Act as a medical resource for study sites and project teams.
• Develop training modules and contribute to process improvement.
• Engage in feasibility discussions for project proposals.
• Travel domestically and internationally (approx. 30% travel).

Requirements

• Experience as a Medical Director in Clinical Research or Pharma/Biotech.
• MD, DO, MBBS, or equivalent medical qualifications.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology.
• Board Certification in Hematology or Oncology.
• Expertise in Hematology/Oncology drug development lifecycle.
• Availability for domestic and international travel.
