In Short

• Manage interview logistics and scheduling for candidates.
• Support hiring managers in staffing their teams.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Manage the ATS (Greenhouse) for efficient candidate tracking.
• Participate in Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
• Leverage AI capabilities to streamline processes.
• Provide ad hoc support and reporting as needed.
• Collaborate with Talent, Onboarding, and HR teams.
• Collect and manage interview feedback.
• Drive timely follow-ups with hiring managers.
