• Design and develop engaging, interactive e-learning modules for self-directed training.
• Develop curriculum and learning materials for virtual instructor-led training (VILT).
• Apply instructional design principles to create content that supports diverse learning needs.
• Ensure all training content aligns with adult learning theories and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex topics into clear learning experiences.
• Upload, organize, and manage courses within the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Optimize e-learning courses for compatibility across devices.
• Leverage multimedia elements to enhance learner engagement.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to online course deployment.
• Analyze learner feedback and training effectiveness data to improve course content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience designing e-learning and virtual training programs.
• Proficiency in e-learning development tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, etc.).
• Experience with LMS administration and content deployment.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
• Excellent writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with gamification and microlearning techniques.
