In Short

• Serve as day-to-day digital lead, responsible for providing strategic solutions around social and digital marketing
• Develop and implement innovative social brand and social content strategies that are integrated with overall client marketing objectives and goals
• Deep knowledge of social platforms (Meta/Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Reddit, SERMO, and more)
• Be a champion for social and digital work – experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities
• Help deploy an industry-leading technology stack that supports insights development, audience intelligence, and performance measurement
• Comfortable gathering input from a variety of internal and client stakeholders to inform content creation

Requirements

• Have 2-6 years of social and digital experience within healthcare industry (client-side), advertising and/or PR agency
• Experience working with complex HIPAA and FDA-regulated issues a must
• A track record of creative thinking and effective execution in social media and digital platforms
• Possess a thorough command of the social media and digital spaces
• Work well within highly collaborative, integrated teams
• Understand the paid media environment and how it applies to a holistic social media strategy
