Overview

The Junior Human Resources Business Partner will support HR functions, improve HR procedures, and manage employee relations while driving engagement and talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Min 5 years of experience in HR.
  • Knowledge of labor and employment law.
  • Strong skills in employee relations and performance management.
  • Min business degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills.
