In Short

• Provide direct patient care and clinical oversight.
• Accountable for improving clinical outcomes for empaneled patients.
• Lead daily clinical huddles with a clinical team.
• Review complex patient cases and develop care plans.
• Monitor adverse events and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead development of medical protocols related to obstetric care.
• Participate in on-call schedules including overnight and weekends.
