In Short

• Be accountable for improving clinical outcomes for empaneled patients.
• Attend daily clinical huddles focused on collaboration across a clinical pod.
• Review complex patient cases and develop care plans.
• Monitor adverse events and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead development of evidence-based medical protocols.
• Participate in on-call schedules including overnight and weekends.

• Extensive obstetric experience, including treating high-risk patients.

• Experience using data to drive patient engagement.
• Experience leading successful teams with outstanding collaboration.
