Overview

We’re looking for a Email & SMS Specialist with deep experience in e-commerce, Shopify, and Klaviyo to help manage the email marketing and SMS strategy for an e-commerce brand.

• Manage, plan, and oversee all Klaviyo emails + SMS flows.
• Strategize, develop and execute monthly email/SMS and content calendars.
• Oversee all Klaviyo reporting and analytics.
• Track email performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Perform ad hoc administrative and business operations tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years managing e-commerce emails in Klaviyo.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Access to a laptop/desktop with reliable Internet.
• Ability to work in US time zone.
• Previous experience working the overnight shift.
