Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service & Community Engagement Specialist with exceptional communication skills to join a new e-commerce/Shopify brand, focusing on social engagement and customer experience.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and more.
• Process customer feedback and maintain organized support systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years in customer service/support for e-commerce/Shopify.
• Deep experience with Shopify.
• Experience in customer experience design and journey mapping.
• Proficient in social media engagement and crisis management.
• Experience with tech stack setup and integration.
• Familiarity with AI implementation and monitoring.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Access to reliable internet and a laptop/desktop.
