Senior Software Engineer - Blockchain Integration - Remote

Overview

Polygon Labs is a software development company building and developing a network of aggregated blockchains via the AggLayer, secured by Ethereum. As public infrastructure, the AggLayer will bring together user bases and liquidity for any connected chain, and leverage Ethereum as a settlement layer. Polygon Labs has also contributed to the core development of several widely-adopted scaling protocols and tools for launching blockchains, including Polygon PoS, Polygon zkEVM, and Polygon Miden, which is in development as well as Polygon CDK.

• Develop and maintain robust software for blockchain integration.
• Focus on Go and Rust code for smart contracts and Zero Knowledge systems.

• Support third-party teams in integrating their blockchains.
• Ensure codebase is clean, robust, and optimized.

• 5+ years of backend software development experience required.
• Experience in Golang and understanding of blockchain protocols.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing backend software.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Golang.
• Understanding of rollup and bridge protocols.
• Experience with blockchain stacks like OP Stack, Orbit, Elastic Chain.
• Proactive attitude and ownership of projects.
