Content Designer (UX) - 15-Month Contract - Remote

Overview

The Content Design Team at PointClickCare is looking for an experienced Content Designer to create and develop world-class product content that enhances user experience and meets customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, UX writing, or related field.
• Experience in content design within a product-focused environment.
• Strong background in technical communications and UX writing.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools and workflows.
• Knowledge of content management systems (CCMS).
• Experience working in agile development teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Paligo, Pendo, Jira, Figma, Power BI is a plus.
• Previous experience with PointClickCare or EHR software is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
