• Design and optimize machine learning models to drive security-focused intelligence.
• Build and deploy RAG pipelines and feature stores for real-time decision-making.
• Collaborate with Data and MLOps engineers to package and monitor models.
• Leverage deep learning and NLP for actionable insights into risk posture.
• Research AI approaches for post-quantum cryptographic standards.
• Implement, refine, and maintain ML models.
• Work with Data/MLOps engineers for model integration within CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize model efficacy and reliability.
• Manage multiple AI initiatives for faster execution.
• Contribute to a cross-functional team of AI engineers.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering.
• Hands-on expertise in supervised/unsupervised learning and NLP.
• Proven track record in building and deploying production-grade models.
• Experience with containerized models and cloud-based AI pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Skilled in optimizing models for accuracy and scalability.
• Thrives in a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment.
