Overview

The BizOps team drives meaningful business impact across Point through ownership and execution of complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives. BizOps team members use a first principles approach to problem-solving across multiple topics and leverage data analysis to inform decision-making.

In Short

• Lead operational and strategic projects that drive valuable business outcomes.
• Serve as a strategic partner for cross-functional teams.
• Identify new initiatives that deliver an outsized impact.
• Support Point’s ongoing international expansion.
• Contribute to ad hoc high priority projects.
• Support the construction of Point’s dashboarding and metrics infrastructure.
• Support go-to-market and growth efforts for new product lines.
• Create and effectively communicate compelling presentations and written memos.

Requirements

• Experience in business operations or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive teams.
• Experience with project management.
• Familiarity with financial products.
