We’re hiring a Senior Director, Media to take our media discipline to the next level. This is a high-impact leadership role that will shape the future of our media offering and team. You’ll lead strategy, team development, innovation, and cross-functional alignment. This is an opportunity to build something extraordinary and help define how brands win in the marketplace space.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in performance media.
• Deep understanding of marketplace media, especially Amazon, Walmart, and Target.
• Proven success in scaling teams and driving revenue growth.
• Expertise across the digital media landscape.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
• Confident communicator with pitch experience.
• Experience building pitchware and thought leadership content.
• Track record of managing globally distributed teams preferred.
