Overview

This position is for a Senior Tax Liaison within PNC's Trust Tax Compliance organization, allowing remote work from home with occasional in-office requirements.

In Short

• Work remotely from home with occasional office visits.
• Act as a liaison between tax preparers and PNC Fiduciary Advisors.
• Manage email flow and account openings/closings.
• Review trust documents and prior year returns.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for tax return preparation.
• Prepare and review tax forms for filing.
• Assist with tax notices and audits.
• Participate in training to maintain professional credentials.
• Provide support to less experienced tax accountants.
• Maintain compliance with fiduciary tax needs.

Requirements

• Must hold a CPA, Enrolled Agent designation, or JD degree.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in Trust and Estate Tax.
• Ability to analyze trust agreements for correct filings.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a remote work environment.
• Experience with tax audits and research.
• Proficiency in financial analysis.
