Business Operations Associate - Remote

Overview

An eager Business Operations Associate with strong communication skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to learn and pitch in any way you can. You’ll work closely with our Business Development, Marketing, and Operations team, gaining exposure to all aspects of the Plume ecosystem, market expansion, branding, and partnership development.

In Short

• Design, implement, and optimize internal processes to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
• Analyze large datasets related to users, transactions, and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Work closely with teams such as Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Customer Support to ensure smooth business operations.
• Lead and execute strategic projects aimed at driving company growth and operational excellence.
• Develop dashboards, track KPIs, and prepare reports for senior leadership to support decision-making.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement tools and software to improve operational workflows and efficiency.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, vendors, or clients to streamline communications and ensure alignment.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation of processes, policies, and workflows to support scalability and team onboarding.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of crypto communities and deep understanding of the communities you're involved in.
• 2-4 years of experience in business development, marketing, business operations, or a similar role, preferably at a fast growing tech, blockchain, or financial services startup.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to take initiative, adapt quickly, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and other collaboration tools is a plus.
