In Short

• Fully remote position open to candidates anywhere in the U.S.
• Lead the development of scalable Generative AI pipelines.
• Work across the full ML lifecycle from ingestion to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and marketing.
• Design and architect end-to-end Generative AI pipelines.
• Integrate open-source and proprietary LLMs via APIs.
• Build and optimize workflows using frameworks like LangChain.
• Implement monitoring and logging for GenAI workflows.
• Develop methods to evaluate LLM outputs for relevance and accuracy.
• Participate in team gatherings a few times a year.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in machine learning.
• Hands-on experience in building production-grade systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Experience with APIs and orchestration of LLMs.
• Knowledge of embedding-based similarity and scoring metrics.
• Experience with RAG architecture.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
