In Short

• Become domain expert across an area at Plum, establishing yourself as the point of contact for analytical support.
• Help teams identify opportunities by linking them to impact on metrics of interest.
• Propose and define success KPIs and guide teams towards data-driven decision making.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketeers to estimate impact of opportunities.
• Produce deep dive analysis that influence the team’s roadmap.
• Data modelling and analysis using dbt, BigQuery, and SQL.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports in Looker.
• Plan, implement, and analyse A/B tests to evaluate new product features.
• Work on a modern Data platform surrounded by a diverse team of Data professionals.

• Strong analytical intuition with ability to solve complex problems.
• Ability to work independently and with rigour, optimising for impact.
• Effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to balance quality and speed.
• Impact driven, loves challenges, and has a self-starter mindset.
• Team-oriented, keen to share knowledge and grow professionally.
• Previous experience in Fintech or fast-paced scale-up environments is valued.
