Requirements

• Familiarity with loan origination and closing documents.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines including FHA, VA, USDA.
• Knowledge of mortgage regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
