Treasury Analyst (Contract) - Remote

Overview

The Treasury Analyst facilitates daily treasury operations, manages the organization’s financial activities, and supports risk management processes.

In Short

• Monitor and analyze the company’s daily cash position.
• Manage cash flow, income, liability obligations, and assets.
• Administer the ACH program and pool cash from all secondary bank accounts.
• Prepare month-end cut-off schedules for reconciliations.
• Produce reports on the global cash position.
• Develop and monitor bank fees.
• Support audits for compliance with regulations.
• Work with units to prepare cash forecasts.
• Recommend solutions to strengthen operational controls.
• Assist with presentation materials for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Accounting or Finance experience.
• 3-5 years of Treasury experience.
• Experience in maintaining banking relationships.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Effective planning and priority setting skills.
• Familiarity with various banking platforms.
• Understanding of finance and treasury principles.
• Strong skills in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
