Requirements

• 5+ years as a technology-focused conversion analyst.
• Strong knowledge of data mapping and transformation.
• Proficient in creating diagrams in Visio or similar tools.
• Experience with various development methodologies.
• Ability to develop test plans and validate results.
• Experience with HL7 standards preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to resolve sensitive issues effectively.
