Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Anthropology, Design, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in user research or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in research operations and managing research tools.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Ability to create UX research artifacts like journey maps.
• Analytical skills to extract actionable insights from data.
• Proficiency in at least one Indian language in addition to English.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Empathy for users and understanding of their challenges.
