Senior Accountant (Temporary) - Remote

Overview

The Senior Accountant position is a core technical role supporting the Accounting Manager in all accounting related matters, responsible for accounting and analysis, including general ledger entries and maintenance, month-end, quarterly and monthly closing workpapers and financial reporting, budget to actual analysis and identification of potential financial risks.

In Short

• Responsible for preparation and/or review of all assigned account analysis.
• Prepare journal entries and review general ledger detail.
• Perform budget to actual analysis and year over year analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget.
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports as required.
• Support in the annual audit process.
• Document key processes and identify process improvements.
