Requirements

6–10 years of experience in finance/accounting, ideally Big Four + startup finance
Strong foundation in accounting and FP&A
Fluency in modern finance stack (QBO, Bill, Brex, etc.)
Strong analytical skills
Attention to detail
Experience managing junior team members
Interest in early-stage startups
Passion for climate tech
