• Join Planet's Partnerships team as a Partner Program Coordinator.
• Ensure smooth partner experience and efficient internal processes.
• Support partner onboarding, contract renewals, and Salesforce management.
• Collaborate with sales, systems, legal, and marketing teams.
• Manage partner access and troubleshoot issues.
• Build reports and dashboards on partner activity.
• Track training and certification completion for partners.
• Assist with compliance requirements for new partners.
• Maintain clean records of partner access.
• Full-time remote position available in the US or Canada.

Requirements

• 2+ years in partner operations or similar roles.
• Experience in a remote-first environment.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Cross-functional teamwork experience.
