Planet is seeking an experienced IT Internal Audit Senior Manager to join our Internal Audit team, focusing on SOX compliance related to IT systems and optimizing our internal control environment.

• Lead and manage IT SOX Compliance Program.
• Coordinate with external auditors for internal controls.
• Conduct risk assessments for new systems and processes.
• Provide expertise in IT General Controls and IT Application Controls.
• Oversee control walkthroughs and quality assurance documentation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline controls using technology.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance compliance accountability.
• Support internal audits related to IT operations and cybersecurity.
• Prepare insights and updates for Finance Leadership and the Audit Committee.
• 10+ years of experience in IT audit and SOX compliance required.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT audit experience.
• Understanding of PCAOB/SEC requirements.
• Experience with risk-based audit plans.
• Knowledge of system development lifecycle.
• Strong project management and documentation skills.
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional engagement.
• Experience with external auditors.
