Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to facilitate user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our cloud computing solutions in international markets.

• Facilitate user acquisition, engagement, and retention for cloud computing solutions.
• Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies for international markets.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Support design and implementation of user acquisition strategies across digital channels.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to optimize service adoption funnels.
• Analyze user behavior data to refine growth tactics.
• Manage cross-border campaigns and localization of messaging.
• Partner with customer success teams to improve onboarding experiences.
• Monitor competitive landscape and benchmark performance.
• Develop reporting systems to track KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, Marketing, or related field.
• Relevant internship experience in product management/operation is a plus.
• Knowledge in cloud products/solutions is preferred.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Ability to work across time zones with global teams.
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications in growth hacking is a bonus.
